I’m writing this just to share my thoughts.
Sometimes we are not okay and we feel so frustrate that we don’t want to live anymore. I was like that a month ago, and now I feel I can do anything. It’s just priorities.
We care too much about what people think of us, what people say about us and sometimes what we think of us, we shouldn’t do that. Yes, we make mistakes, everybody does, and if someone can’t forgive you for one stupid mistake than forget that person, she or he is not worth it. Sometimes we hurt people, I’m constantly doing that, when someone is starting to be close to me I tell them that sooner or later I will hurt them and I give them the opportunity to leave me on that moment, I forgive myself for every time I hurt someone because I told them, I know myself to the point of telling them that I’m not a good person. Anyone is a good person. There will always be some mistake that we made that is a part of you. We can hide that part, but someone will know about it, because it is a part of us and there will be someone that know you better than anyone. This person can be your family, your boyfriend or even your friend.
What I’m trying to say is that we can’t live with our mistakes always on our mind, we can’t feel that we are not worth of happiness, because everybody does. We have people that care about us and are there for you even if you think that they shouldn’t. We need to stop and think if they deserve you to think “i want to die”.
There’s nothing we can’t overcome. Deaths, lost friends, discussions, we can stand up even if you are on your worst day of your entire life, we can do anything but try not to hide yourself from the others, or try to run away from your problems it’s not a solution, and sooner you will realise that, sooner you will find happiness, even if you have to find it alone.
Always remember someone loves you more than you can love yourself and that person don’t deserve you to think bad things.
Estou
a escrever isto apenas para partilhar os meus pensamentos.
As
vezes nós não estamos bem e sentimos-nos tão frustrados que não queremos mais
viver. Eu estava assim há um mês atrás, e agora sinto que posso fazer o que
quiser. São apenas prioridades.
Nós
preocupamos-nos demasiado com o que as pessoas pensam de nós, com o que as
pessoas dizem de nós e as vezes o que nós pensamos de nós próprios, e não devíamos
fazer isso. Sim, nós cometemos erros, todos fazem-nos, e se alguém não te
perdoar por um estúpido erro então esquece essa pessoa, ela não merece isso.
As
vezes magoamos as pessoas, eu estou constantemente a fazê-lo. Quando alguém começa a ser próximo de mim eu digo-lhes que mais cedo ou mais tarde eu vou magoa-los
e dou lhes a oportunidade de me deixarem naquele momento.
Eu perdoo-me
por todas as vezes que magoo alguém porque eu disse-lhes, eu conheço-me ao
ponto de dizer-lhes que não sou uma boa pessoa. Ninguém o é. Vai sempre haver
algum erro que nós fizemos que faz parte da nossa pior parte. Nós podemos
esconde-la, mas alguém vai saber dela, porque é uma parte de nós e vai sempre
haver alguém que nos conhece melhor que ninguém. Essa pessoa pode ser a nossa família,
o nosso namorado ou então um amigo.
O que
eu estou a tentar dizer é que nós não podemos viver com os nossos erros sempre
na nossa cabeça, nós não podemos sentir que não merecemos a felicidade, porque
toda a gente a merece.
Nós
temos pessoas que querem saber de nós e que estão la para ti mesmo quando tu
pensas que eles não deviam.
Nós precisamos
parar e pensar se eles merecem que tu queiras morrer.
Não há
nada que não possamos superar. Mortes, perda de amigos, discussões, nós podemos levantarmos-nos mesmo que estejas a ter o pior dia da tua vida, nós podemos
fazer tudo mas tenta não te esconderes dos outros nem fugires dos teus
problemas, não é uma solução, e quanto mais cedo tu perceberes isso mais cedo
tu vais encontrar a tua felicidade, mesmo que a tenhas de encontrar sozinho.
Lembra-te
sempre, alguém ama-te mais do que tu te podes amar a ti próprio e essa pessoa não
merece que penses em coisas más.
